Read the 6-page order regarding statewide facial coverings

On Thursday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed a six-page order from the Ohio Department of Health Interim Director Lance Himes regarding statewide facial coverings.

The order states that all persons in Ohio shall wear facial covering and spells out the situations applying and not-applying to these orders.

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1 invites the public to view a prerecorded, online presentation regarding an intersection safety project proposed for three intersections along U.S. 30 in Allen County.

Construction is tentatively expected to begin in 2022.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted today provided the following updates on Ohio's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

STATEWIDE MASK ORDER
Governor DeWine announced that beginning on Thursday, July 23, at 6 p.m., a statewide mask mandate will go into effect for citizens living in all 88 Ohio counties.

Expect nightly lane closures on I-75

Early next week - ramp closures for pavement repairs at SR 103 and I-75

Nightly lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. will continue for approximately three months as the work transitions to nighttime paving activities between Napoleon Road and State Route 235 beginning Monday, July 27.

Ramp closures for pavement repairs at the State Route 103 exit ramp from I-75 northbound and the State Route 696 entrance ramp to I-75 southbound are expected to be complete by early next week.

Bluffton school superintendent, Greg Denecker, posted the following letter on the school website concerning a 2020-21 school year update.

Dear Parents and Students-
I wanted to follow up on some additional specifics regarding our plan to open school on Monday, Aug. 31, both for learners who will be online and for those who will be attending school face-to-face.
