Succulent, fairy garden workshop Saturday

Reserve you spot now at New Leaf

New Leaf Lawn Landscape Garden Center, is accepting reservations for Saturday's
workshop on succulent planters and fairy gardens.

The Ada location workshop is at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 27. The Kenton location workshop is at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 27.

Ada's workshop is at 0395 State Route 235, Ada; Kenton's workshop is at 927 E. Columub St., in the Kenton Plaza.

Space is limited. Reserve your spot by calling New Leaf.

Bentley Road closed Wednesday from Augsburger to Riley

Bentley Road from Augsburger Road to Riley Street will be closed on Wednesday, June 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., according to Brion Rhodes, Allen County engineer. The closing is for drainage work, weather permitting. During closure there will be no access.

First United Methodist Church returns to in-person worship

First United Methodist Church, 116 Church St., Bluffton, has returned to in-person worship with its Sunday service at 10:30 a.m.

Many changes have been made in order to follow current COVID-19 safety protocols.

St. Mary's Christian Preschool open house Wednesday evening

St. Mary's Christian Preschool, 160 N. Spring St., Bluffton, will hold an open house for the 2020-21 school year from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 24.

Persons may tour the preschool, located at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, and have some popcorn and snow cones. 

A special visit by Elsa and Spiderman are part of the open house.
