"Left to Tell," a book by author Immaculee Ilibagiza, will be discussed in March at Maple Crest. The book club meets in the Maple Crest family room. The discussion takes place at 2:30 p.m., Monday, March 22.
Elesha Hodges, an Ohio Northern University piano major, will present a solo piano recital at 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, at Maple Crest. She is a junior at ONU and is a student of Dr. Rebecca Casey. The concert is in preparation for her judged recital at ONU.
The Bluffton High School concert band is the featured performing group for the March senior citizen breakfast sponsored by the Bluffton schools. The band is directed by David Sycks.
The breakfast is at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, in the Bluffton middle school cafetorium. It it open to senior citizens in the school district.
Mix all dry ingredients together. In separate dish, beat eggs. Add milk. Wash and drain pork chops. Dip chops in egg mixture then in bread crumb mixture.
On Feb. 16, Boy Scouts from Troop 256 along with a couple Weblo's worked hard in both Bluffton and Beaverdam to remove snow from around residential fire hydrants.
Scoutmaster Dan Groman had asked Bluffton Chief of Police Rick Skilliter if the scouts could help remove the snow from around the fire hydrants. He said, "Yes! We've only been able to clear every third hydrant. Their help would be greatly appreciated!"

The event is from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes all the pancakes you can eat, whole hog sausage, coffee, tea, juice or milk and applesauce.
Emmanuel United Church of Christ will hold its annual spring fish fry. The event is from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, March 12 at the church. The church is located at 8375 Phillips Road, Bluffton. Meals are $7 for adults and $3.50 for children.
This much we know: the vehicle is from Conneaut and it's a Bluffton University student car. We don't know Delylah, unless she's a girl friend or the pet name the driver uses to call the vehicle.

The 9th annual soup and sandwich supper hosted by the Mennonite Memorial Home women's service group is in early March. The event is from 4 to 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 8, at the Home. It offers a take-out or dine-in option.
There will be serving three soups; ham and bean, chicken noodle vegetable and broccoli cheese soup. Also served will be sloppyjoes, hot dogs, and pulled pork sandwiches, cornbread muffins and a selection of desserts.
