Jo was kind and loving, she exuded warmth and set all at ease with her calming demeanor.
She was raised in Bluffton and graduated with a teaching degree from Bluffton University. Jo was beloved by students in her elementary and Montessori school classrooms.

In coordination with the state roll out of COVID-19 vaccine, several area health care providers will begin administering vaccine to those age 80 and older starting next week, by appointment only.

Abraham Lugibihl was born Nov. 11, 1838, in Riley Township. He was the sixth of 10 children born to John C. and Anna Marie “Thüler” (Americanized to Diller) Luginbuhl. The family came from France in 1824 to Holmes County, Ohio, and then to Riley Township in 1837.

Governor DeWine reemphasized the vaccine distribution timeline for Phase 1B of Ohio's vaccination program, which is set to begin next week with those ages 80 and older.
