On September 25, 2007, Mitchell released her 19th studio album titled Shine. The Canadian singer-songwriter became famous in the late 1960s and early 1970s for her folk music. The Program Branch of the CDC Division of Violence Prevention (DVP) was eliminated. This section, which is part of the Injury Center, is responsible for administering the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) program that has provided Crime Victim Services with vital funding to carry out prevention programming since 2013.

Apollo Career Center Adult Education is excited to announce the launch of our newly approved Apollo School of Cosmetology. The 15-month evening program will run Monday through Thursday from 3:30-10:00 pm, and will equip students with extensive training in cosmetology, setting them up to successfully become a licensed cosmetologist.
