Bluffton Food Pantry distributes "comforters" to families at Christmas

MEDIA RELEASE__For the past six to seven years, 100-year-old Jeanette Kidd has spent her free time stitching together something far more meaningful than fabric. With steady hands and a generous heart, the longtime community member has created and donated an estimated 100 handmade lap quilts to the Bluffton Food Pantry, ensuring that families in need receive not only a meal, but a touch of comfort and warmth at Christmas.

MEDIA RELEASE––Christmas for Kids will be held at Trinity Lutheran School, 105 Allen Street, Jenera, on Saturday, December 13 from 12:30-3:00  p.m. This one-day free Christmas VBS will give children ages 3 through 5th grade an opportunity to celebrate and learn about the true meaning of Christmas.

63 Bluffton art students participated in 2025 contest

MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton Lions Club announced that Lydia Gratz is the winner of its local contest, the first stage of the Lions International Peace Poster Contest. Students in Bluffton Middle School's 7th-grade art classes participated in the contest. The Middle School art teacher is Mrs. Amy Gratz.
