The Allen County Creating Healthy Communities Project, Allen County Bike and Pedestrian Task Force and Allen County Public Health are promoting Walk to School Day on Wednesday, Oct. 8.
Note: On Sept. 27 the Bluffton American Legion held a flag pole dedication ceremony at the townhall.
When I looked out the window of my Town Hall office and saw the flag, my eyes teared up. I did not know at the time where it came from but was very grateful and appreciative to see it.
