helpful to those who are impacted by ALS, and to share insights gained as
part of the ALS journey.
All BFR group exercise classes started back in session the week of Jan. 5, accoridng to Carole Enneking of BFR Sports and Fitness.
No registration is required to participate in BFR fitness classes and new participants are welcome anytime. Individuals are invited to try out any BFR group fitness class without charge for the first visit.
Jan. 6 is observed as Epiphany in the Christian calendar. That's the day that the Wise Men presented their gifts to the baby Jesus. This Epiphany scene is from the Bluffton First United Methodist Church lawn. The late Bud Augsburger created this Christmas display in the mid-1950s, making it one of the oldest Christmas displays in the community.
