Jessica Dailey of Bluffton, Ohio, graduated in September from Saint Joseph's College of Maine with a Master of Science in Nursing.
Dailey works at Lima Memorial Hospital and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

The Perfect Recipe One cup of softened butter, one cup of white sugar, one cup of packed brown sugar, two eggs, two teaspoons of vanilla extract, three cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking soda, two teaspoons of hot water, half a teaspoon of salt, and two cups of semisweet chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.

Want a good view of the Bluffton Blaze of Lights parade? The parade is Saturday, Nov. 24. Here's this year's parade route. Line up starts at 4 p.m. on Snider Road at the Bluffton Community Swimming Pool. The parade starts at 5 p.m. Its route is south on Main Street to College Avenue. From there, the parade will turn onto East College. It will disband on Triplett Drive.

It's a real "Christmas Wonderland" in Town and Country Flowers, 121 S. Main St., Bluffton. Connie Kruse of the shop invites Icon viewers to stop in and enjoy the countless Christmas scenes.
Be prepared to stay awhile. There's lots to see and the sights appeal to persons of all ages.

Surrounding Bill Watkins are several staff members of the Bluffton Hospital who gathered in the lobby on Monday to celebrate their fourth straight Press Ganey Summet Award.
The hospital has been named one of only 44 inpatient hospitals in the United States, and one of only six hospitals in Ohio, to receive the 2012 Press Ganey Summit Award for patient satisfaction. Bluffton is the only non-profit critical access acute care hospital in the nation to have received this award for four consecutive years.
