Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton may have a solution to businesses seeking office space locally.
The industry located at the 505 E. Jefferson St. (corner of County Line Road and Jefferson) has seven office spaces available for rent – and these are available immediately. The office area is along the Jefferson Street side of the Diamond plant.
Tammy Whitlow of Diamond told The Icon that in addition to the office space, the facility has a lobby, reception area, kitchenette, a conference room, rest rooms plus some storage area.

Princess Gladys Long Grismore, 98 died at 11:50 am January 8, 2013 at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora.
She was born May 2, 1914 in Lima to the late Floyd and Louise (Lauck) Long. She also had a stepfather Omar Johnson who preceded her in death. On August 31, 1935 she married Fred L. Grismore and he died November 29, 1981.
She was a former employee of Lima Printing and Ledger Company. She lived all of her married life on the Grismore Farm near Pandora.
Public all-session ticket sales for the 2013 Ohio High School Athletic Association State Individual Wrestling Tournament begin Tuesday, January 15, at 10:00 a.m., and plenty of tickets are expected to be available.
The state tournament is February 28 and March 1 and 2 at the Jerome Schottenstein Center on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus. The cost for an all-session ticket book (five sessions) is $75 each for the Entry and Club Levels and $55 each for the Terrace Level.
Widespread flu activity is being reported across much of the country and the American Red Cross urges people who have not yet gotten a flu vaccine to get vaccinated now.
The Red Cross also has steps people can take to prevent the spread of the flu virus during what the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) says is the worst influenza outbreak in several years in the United States.
Tickets are still available for the next performance in the 2012-13 Bluffton University Artist Series, by German-born classical pianist Alexander Schimpf at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, in Yoder Recital Hall.
Schimpf has risen to international prominence in the last four years by winning several prestigious competitions. At the 2011 Cleveland International Piano Competition, his final-round performance, accompanied by the Cleveland Orchestra, inspired a standing ovation as well as the Audience Favorite Prize.
