You chose Mondays through Fridays

Bluffton Family Recreation extended its adult fall fitness class schedule this year, according to Amy Byers, sports coordinator.

Classes take place Mondays through Fridays. The new schedule follows (and a printer-friendly schedule is an attachment to this story).

One of the fun parts of homecoming week in Bluffton is theme dress up day. Here’s the dress up themes this week at Bluffton High School.

Monday – Decades (pick your favorite and dress the part)
Tuesday – DC vs. Marvel comics
Wednesday – Hollywood
Thursday – Under the Sea
Friday – Pirate day

Groups are still invited to participate in the Friday homecoming parade. The parade forms at the Centre at 5 p.m. and passes down Main Street to Harmon Field at 5:30 p.m.

Rockport United Methodist Church, 5505 Rockport Road, Columbus Grove, will hold a spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30.

Proceeds assist Sara Campbell to compete at the WKC World Championships in November in Orlando, Fla., as a member of the Team USA.

Money raised will help cover her registration, uniform, hotel and other expenses.

The evening includes a split the pot raffle. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for youth 12 and under.
