The 2021 Bluffton Area Ministerial Association (BAMA) Thanksgiving Service will take place on Thursday, November 18 at the Bluffton Senior Center, 132 N. Main, immediately following the 6 p.m. Community Meal served by St. John's United Church of Christ. All are welcome to participate in this brief service of readings, prayers, and hymns.

Bluffton Elementary School, 102 S Jackson St., released the following Honor Roll for the 1st Quarter of the 2021-2022 school year.

ALL A – 4TH Grade

Southgate Lanes, 9700 N Dixie Hwy., is signing up bowlers for the first of 15 consecutive tournaments sponsored by Storm, a bowling balls, shoes, and clothing company. The 2:00 p.m., December 4 event is a Singles 9-pin No Tap tournament.

The entry fee is $30 (pre-registration $5). A $240 first place place prize plus any Storm ball of choice is guaranteed. Lane conditions: house oil pattern. Call 419-358-6966 or message Southgate Lanes Inc. on Facebook to sign up. The full schedule will be available at 1:00 p.m. on December 4.

On November 11, 2021, Bluffton veterans visited the Bluffton schools to provide several Veterans’ Day programs. High schoolers, 4th grade students and kindergarteners learned about the service of local veterans, the history of Veterans’ Day and honoring the American flag.
