Apollo Career Center, 3325 Shawnee Rd, Lima, has issued the following notice of high school honor roll students from Bluffton for the first semester, Fall 2021:

A Honor Roll

A/B Honor Roll

Elijah Evans, Elias Mault, Andrew McCamery, Hunter Sturgeon, Jacob Szabo, Braden Wingfield

Amy Groves, VP, Senior Credit Officer at The First National Bank of Pandora, recently graduated from the 2021 OBL Bank Management School sponsored by the Ohio Bankers League. Groves was one of 34 students who completed the intensive one-week program in early October.

The Bluffton University women's swimming team was back in action on Friday, Nov. 5. at Franklin. 

Senior Brooke Kleman (Glandorf/Ottawa-Glandorf) etched her name at the top of the swimming record book for three events. She collected two fourth place finishes and a fifth place in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:16.91). Her fourth-place showings came in record-breaking times for the 100-yard freestyle (1:00.85) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:11.59).

Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 7. Turn back your clocks one hour and tell the kids that even though their bedtime is the same, they get to stay up one hour later.
