The Centre was packet on Saturday as Dueling Pianos International returned to Bluffton for a repeat performance thanks to Bluffton Family Recreation. Daniel Tinch of BFR said that over 350 persons attended the event. The event was one of BFR's major fundraisers of the year.

Officers arrested a Lima resident on an outstanding warrant out of the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

The Pandora United Methodist Church Choir will present its Easter cantata, “The Easter Story” on Sunday, April 14, during the 9:30 a.m. worship service, according to Rev. Duane Kemerley, pastor.
The church service and refreshments in the fellowship hall afterwards are open to the public. The choir is directed by Pat Basinger and accompanied by Kira Davis. The church is located on State Route 12 Pandora.
The Bluffton University softball team split a doubleheader with Manchester on Wednesday, April 3, in the first conference matchup of the season for both squads. Bluffton took game one by the score of 14-9, and Manchester bounced back in game two for a 14-6 victory. Bluffton is now 5-15 on the season (1-1 HCAC), while Manchester is sitting at 6-8 (1-1 HCAC). Both teams had the bats warmed up as they scored a combined 43 runs in two games!
