On January 28, Village of Bluffton Department of Public Works crews continued to load and move snow out of downtown Bluffton. The beep of backing up trucks and mini loaders punctuated the squeak of boots and tires on snow too cold to melt. A cold weather advisory is in effect from midnight to 9 a.m. on Thursday, January 29.

Ohioans reported 715 bald eagles, like this immature bald eagle, during a January count.
