For more than a decade, the community of Bluffton has come together to bring beauty and color to our downtown.
SPONSORSHIPS
• $190 if the sponsorship is made on or before March 15, 2026
• $200 if the sponsorship is made after March 15, 2026
Stop in at Roots by Strattons, 111 S. Main St., to fill out a sponsorship form.
MEDIA RELEASE__Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 8375 Phillips Rd., will host a Fish Fry on Friday, March 13 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Meals are $12 dine in or carry out. Includes up to 3 pcs of fish, cheesy potatoes, green beans, applesauce and cookie. (Separate lines for dine in and carry out).
MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton Ohio Historical Society is inviting history buffs to bring items of local interest to a March 18 Show 'N Tell event--and asking all to spread the word:
"We're interested in all kinds of items, from ephemera (stuff that usually gets thrown away) to locally made products and household items."
This event will be held at the 1899 Depot at Buckeye Lake at 7:00 p.m.
MEDIA RELEASE__March 1 is the start of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month! The Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be celebrating all month long. The theme this year is "Committed to the Future," which highlights the Board's commitment to continue to provide high-quality services. Look for the billboards, connect on social media or find other ways to learn more about developmental disabilities during March.
The Village of Bluffton Council held its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, February 23 at 7 p.m. Cub Scout Pack 3256 attended the Council meeting after spending time with Police Chief Ryan Burkholder earlier in the evening. While they did not ask questions, they were definitely paying attention. Pictured above is Mayor Johnson and Council Member Ben Stahl with the pack members.
