Bluffton Public Library

Pandora author Steve Davis will have a book reading and signing from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Bluffton Public Library.

Davis co-authored “Myles Traveled: Stories of My American Journey.” He co-authored the book with Bill Myles. At 6:30 p.m. Davis will read from the book, provide a presentation and answer questions from the audience.

The program takes place in the library main floor. It is open to the public and the library asks that persons attending RSVP.

Youth Services at the Bluffton Public Library would like to create a Book Nook Igloo for this winter season.

To do so, they need over 150 one-gallon plastic milk jugs, so are asking that community members donate empty gallon milk jugs.

Wash your milk jugs, keep the caps on and drop them at the front desk by Dec. 16.

The Bluffton Public Library has many activities scheduled during November -- something for everyone.

Join Teddy the dog at Paws to Read from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15. Teddy loves hearing stories and getting a good snuggle.

Bluffton Public Library will hold a fall food drive from Oct. 21 to Nov. 18 for donations to the West Ohio Food Bank.

Suggested donations include: canned meat, canned fruit, canned soup, canned vegetables, boxed instant potatoes, gravy mix packages, pasta and rice.

Donors may place food items in the food barrels provided at the library.
