Lowell Keith Amstutz, 81, Bluffton, died Oct. 31, 2013, at Blanchard Valley Hospital at 6:45 p.m.  

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Colleen (Cummins) Amstutz as well as his brothers James (Sue Ellen) Amstutz and Marlin (Gloria) Amstutz.

Along with his wife and brothers, he is survived by seven children: Diana Amstutz, Findlay, Cheryl (Roger) Watkins, Brownsmills, New Jersey, Kim (John) Thomas, Freesoil, Mich., Robin (Mike) Hicks, Bluffton, Mark (Lorie) Amstutz, Findlay, Michael (Kathie) Amstutz, Bluffton, and Steven (Elaine) Amstutz, Columbus Grove.

Dorothy E. Herrmann, 86, died Nov. 1, 2013, at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. She was born June 11, 1927, in Columbus Grove to the late John M. and Esther H. (Leichty) Dunbar. On June 15, 1946, she married John R. Herrmann and he preceded her in death Jan. 23, 1991.

Mrs. Herrmann retired from Triplett Corp., Bluffton after 43 years.  She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Bluffton where she had served on parish council. She enjoyed bowling and had played on the Triplett Corp. softball team. She was a 1945 graduate of Bluffton High School.

Martha Jane Beach, 91, of Jenera died at 6:10 a.m. Oct. 28, 2013 at the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.  She was born March 13, 1922, in Monroe Township, Allen County to Clarence and Esther Slusser Jones. On Jan. 13, 1951 she married Eugene W. Beach and he preceded her in death on May 28, 1973.

Mrs. Beach retired from Triplett Corp., Bluffton. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera. She was a graduate of Mt. Cory High School.

Donavin D. Dunbar, 90, died on Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at 1:05 a.m. at Hardin Hills Health Center, Kenton.

He was born on Nov. 25, 1922 in Columbus Grove, Ohio, to John and Esther (Liecthy) Dunbar and they preceded him in death. On June 25, 1943, he married Betty J. Stauffer and she preceded him in death on December 6, 2007.

Marcene S. Martz, 89, of Bluffton died Oct. 19, 2013 in Mesquite, Texas.  She was born May 14, 1924, in Hancock County to Swan D. and Harriet Ewing Stonehill. On Oct. 20, 1946 she married Donald Martz and he preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 2001.

She retired from Ex-Cell-O Corp., Bluffton where she was a receptionist. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Bluffton where she had served as secretary of the church board, sang in the choir and was a member of United Methodist Women.

Marcene S. Martz, 89, of Bluffton died Oct. 19, 2013, in Mesquite, Texas.  Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton.
