Herb Grismore probably lost track of the number of rag rugs he’s created over the years at Bluffton Senior Citizens Center.

Chosen by the senior center board of directors, the award goes to a volunteer who has shown dedication to the center. Visitors and shoppers at the center can’t miss Herb, as he sits near the north wall working his artist talents on the rug loom.
