Autumn Gesler, a Bluffton High School senior, is the Icon's student artist of the month.
Autumn has taken Art 1, Design 1 and Art Seminar. Following graduation she would like to explore movie and video games animation/modeling.
Concerning art, she says, "Like most things, art is a escape. It's nice to just draw or paint things that do not actually exist because life is not always glorious. So art to me makes life a bit better. I hope the art I make, now or in the future, somehow makes someone else's life a bit better as well."
