What year did you graduate BHS?
I graduated from BHS IN 2009.

Where are you going to school and what's your major?
This fall I will be a senior at Capital University in Columbus, studying Vocal Music Education in the Conservatory of Music.

Andy Foust

Andy Foust, Vice President/Internal Audit for Citizens National Bank, recently completed the Certified Community Bank Internal Auditing Program, sponsored by the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).

To earn certification, Foust successfully fulfilled the requirements of a comprehensive bank auditing program, including participating in 92 hours of classroom study as well as passing all certification examinations. J. Michael Romey, President/CEO, said of Foust,

The littlest fish caught, great-grandmother Mary Huffer (of Maple Crest) with grandmother Deb Metzger (Mary^aEURTMs daughter) and Karlie Lora with the littlest fish.

Despite the chilly weather, over 220 people showed up at Maple Crest on June 5 for the annual fishing derby.

Travis Kleman, grandson-in-law of Maple Crest's Lucille Bucher, caught the biggest fish this year - a catfish that was 25 1/4 inches and that also snapped his fishing pole!

The littlest fish this year was caught by Karlie Lora, great-granddaughter of Maple Crest's Mary Huffer, at a whopping 3 3/8 inches.

Vera Burkholder

Lifelong Bluffton resident Vera Burkholder is the June resident of the month at Richland Manor.

She graduated from Bluffton High School and studied to be a teacher at Bluffton College. After graduating she taught 19 years as a first grade teacher at Allen East. She is a lifelong member of the Bluffton Missionary Church.
