Everyone loves a parade and there's fews as exciting at Bluffton's Blaze parade.
This year's Nov. 26 parade was no exception. Jamie Nygaard captured these parade photos for the Icon. Watch tomorrow's Icon for post-parade photos.

• Third place float: First National Bank
If you Christmas lights aren't up yet, not to worry. There's still time to enter the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce residential holiday light contest.
Judging takes place Saturday evening, Dec. 3.
Here's what you need to know:
Residents wanting their displays judged must send a request to [email protected]. The e-mail request must have the family name and address listed.

It's time for Bluffton's 30-year-Saturday-after-Thanksgiving-tradition. Here's everything you need to know.
• THE SCHEDULE:
3-5 p.m. – Ice carving exhibition - Main Street
4p.m. - Food booths open
4 p.m. – Parade line up on Snider Road
5 p.m. – Parade
6 p.m. - Entertainment on Main Street
• Bluffton High School show choir
• Bluffton University brass ensemble

6:55 p.m. – John George recites Christmas story from Luke 2
7 p.m. – Dennis Morrison turns on the Ream lights
The Blaze of Lights starts early. Here's two event taking placing on Friday in Bluffton:
• Two free showings of “It’s a Wonderful Life,” at the Shannon Theatre. Showings are at 1:30 and 4 p.m. Sponsors are Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn and Shannon Theatre.
• Holly Follies Variety Show, new this year, two performances: 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25, and Saturday, Nov. 26, in the Bluffton Middle School cafetorium. Tickets are sold at the door for $5 adults and $3 children, free for youth 3 and under.
Having problems with gift selections this holiday season? The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce has the solution.
You may purchase a chamber gift certificate to give as a gift. The certificates are available from any teller at Citizens National Bank. You may purchase certificates in any monetary amount.
Each certificate is good for 12 months after the date of purchase. Certificates may be used in any Bluffton business.
