What are your Saturday Bluffton plans? There’s a lot going on. Here’s a sampling:
• Farmers’ Market, Citizens National Bank parking lot, South Main Street.
From 8:30 a.m. to noon, the final market of the season is Saturday, Oct. 29.
• Cars and Coffee
The final cars and coffee of the season is from 8 to 11 a.m., Saturday, according to Tim Boutwell of Heated Vehicle Storage, 906 N. Main St.
Lynda Best of the village cultural affairs committee invites anyone from the community to help setting up the Ream holiday folk art display on the Presbyterian Church lawn.
"We are getting ready to set up the Blaze and could use some help," she said. "The lights go up on the Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the display is set up on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m."
Lunch will be provided to volunteers.
"We can use the help very much if someone can only give us a couple hours we would appreciate it," she said. Contac Best 419-296-2790.
It was the sound of three “booms” and then the lights went out, at approximately 9 a.m.
