The Allen County Engineer's office will be doing work on Augsburger Road that necessitates closing the road for most, if not all, of next week. The work will begin Monday morning, Sept. 14, and will take approximately one week.
Traffic will not be maintained on the closed portion of the road, which includes from Riverbend to Bentley Road, according to the Engineer's office.
Motorists will have to use Tom Fett Road as a detour to get to and from the western edge of town (Maple Crest, Riverbend subdivision, etc.).
