Dominating on the ground and in the first half, Delphos Jefferson gave Bluffton their first loss of the season with a decisive win at home on Sept. 13.

The Pirates tried to rally in the second half, but it was too little too late.

Did you know a Denver Bronco quarterback once played against BHS on Harmon Field?

Ada's current most famous person is Zac Dysert. He is an Ada High School grad and recent Miami (Ohio) grad. This spring he was drafted by the Denver Bronco and made the 53-team cut in late August. To be certain, he tossed passes for Ada High School against Bluffton about five seasons ago.

Donald Traxler, Ada sports fan, attended the Denver Bronoco pre-season game against Arizona and files this report plus photos at the bottom of the story.
