A new swimmer parent meeting for new swimmers on this season's Bluffton swim team is set for the end of the month.
The meeting is from 7 to 8 p.m., Monday, May 18, in Room 115 of the Bluffton Middle School, according to Delaney Reineke. Enter through the Franklin Street doors.

Bluffton High School grad Hannah Chappell-Dick ran in the 400m, trying to hone her sprinting as she looks to qualify for the national meet in a middle distance event. She is a junior at Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Va.
She ended up breaking the school record in the 400m, racing to a finish of 57.94. It was her best time by more than second and knocked off Lorenda Abbott's record of 58.08 from 1999.
