The Icon launches its 2012 college bowl contest this week. The contest includes 29 bowl games played from Thursday, Dec. 20, through Tuesday, Jan. 1. The Icon will provide updates from time to time to show the contest leaders. The deadline for entry is noon on Dec. 20.
This is not the entry form, but it shows the bowl games in the contest. Watch for an annoucement later this week stating that the contest is posted.

San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl
BYU (7-5) vs San Diego State (9-3)
Bluffton High School girls’ defeated Lima Central Catholic 38-36 on Thursday night at BHS. LCC took a 13-6 first period lead and maintained a 18-12 halftime edge. Then BHS took over. Bluffton led 29-24 after three and held off the T-Birds in the final period.
