The Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 8375 Phillips Road, Bluffton, will hold a fish fry in March. The event is from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, March 8, at the church.
Cost is $7 for adults and $4 for youth 11 and under. The fish fry offers all the fish you can eat, plus potatoes, vegetables, salad and dessert.
The Pandora United Methodist Church will be hosting a free community meal on Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m in the church fellowship hall, 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora.
The meal this month is provided by the “Growing Pains and Promises” Mother's Club and is Baked Potato Bar, Chili, Cake and beverage.
The churches of Pandora and Gilboa are offering food boxes for the month of February for households in the Pandora/Gilboa School District. The boxes are designed to provide nine meals for a family of four.
In order to pick up a box, you must register by 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18 by calling 419-384-3905.
Boxes will be available for pickup on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. at the Pandora United Methodist Church located on State Route 12.

Sunday, February 3–10:30 a.m.–Four Chaplains’ Sunday. American Legion sponsoring recognition of the Four Chaplains of various faiths who sacrificed their lives during World War 11. Legionnaires are invited to come as a group.
In commemoration of the dramatic sacrifice of four armed forces Chaplains during World War II, The American Legion will observe Religious Emphisis Week Feb. 3 - 9 according to Chaplain Clark of the Bluffton American Legion Post 382.
The Bluffton American Legion will attend services at St. John' United Church of Christ, 223 W. College Ave. on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 10:30 a.m.
Legion officials and clergymen are planning special programs for the observance of the 70th Anniversary of the sinking of the USS Dorchester and the heroism demonstrated by four valiant Chaplains.
