(LEIPSIC) - Bluffton softball improved to 6-2 on the season with a dramatic 2-1 road victory.  Libby Schaadt belted a go ahead home run in the sixth.  She also dominated the Vikings from the center circle, striking out 15 batters and limiting the hosts to just two hits on the night.

Before walking through the door of Viva Maria, all I knew about the place was that it was an Italian restaurant with big portions and huge support from both the local community and ONU campus crowd. My husband and I walked up to the restaurant around 8 p.m. on a weeknight.  

"Emma - a pop musical!" is the Bluffton High School musical presented on the middle school stage this weekend. This early scene portrays a wedding - and the wedding couple is actually Kate Bauer, BHS English teacher, and Nick Rackley, BHS history teacher. Lots of photos, a video, cast list and songs from the musical are in the story below.

Girls just want to have fun,  Chapel of love, Heartbreaker, and more pop tunes than you can name are performed on the middle school stage Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It's all part of the Bluffton High School musical "Emma! A Pop Musical!" performed this weekend on the middle school stage.

May 5 dog walk from Maple Crest to MMH and return

Calling all dogs…and dog owners.

Bluffton’s Relay for Hope plans a “Bark for Life” event at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 5, according to Lynda Best.

This is the first-event canine event in the Bluffton group’s Relay. Here’s how your dog, and you, can participate.

Registrations made before April 20 are $20 and those registrants received a t-shirt. After April 20, registration is $25.
