May 4 and 5 in Yoder Recital Hall

Bluffton University will present the musical comedy “[title of show]” for the May Day musical on May 4 and 5.

“[title of show]” has music and lyrics by Jeff Bowen and book by Hunter Bell. This delightful contemporary show is an original musical about writing an original musical. Premiering in the 2004 Musical Theatre Festival in NYC, and documenting its own process of creation, this small-cast show addresses themes of creative collaboration, self-doubt and the journey of following your dreams.

Hawkey's Pharmacy will transfer prescription files to Pandora

Hawkey’s Pharmacy of Columbus Grove, will merge with Riley Creek Pharmacy, Pandora, later this month.

The pharmacy at 114 N. High St., has served the Columbus Grove community for 70 years.

An announcement on Facebook by Hawkey’s owner and pharmacist, Ed Cassidy, explains the process:

“Due to recent changes, we feel this is the best way to serve the people of Columbus Grove.”

It's a high-wire act on Bentley Road between Sunset Drive and Campus Drive. AEP employees are relocating power poles in preparation of work to begin in May on the Bentley Road pathway project. The project will begin following university graduation. When completed the path will connect to the Augsburger Road path and end at the bridge on Bentley. The next photo shows the location of the work.
