Two life-long Bluffton volunteers will be honored during this year's Blaze of Lights.

John Murray, long-time Bluffton resident and member of the Bluffton sesquicentennial committee, will be the 2011 Blaze of Lights parade marshal, according to Terry Mullenhour, chairperson of the Bluffton Village Cultural Affairs Committee.

The Blaze is Saturday, Nov. 26. This year's parade is at 5 p.m. The Ream lights turn on at 7 p.m.

Peter Suter of Shannon Theatre announced that "Puss In Boots" (PG) is showing at the theatre from November 11 - 17.

Show times follow:

2D every evening at 7 PM with Saturday & Sunday matinees at 1:30 PM.
3D every evening at 9:30 PM with Saturday & Sunday matinees at 4 PM.

Freshman Taylor Fultz (Camden/Preble Shawnee) was recently named first team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference for the 2011 women's soccer season.

The winner of Week 9 (Icon's first contest of the season) of the Icon NFL Football Contest is Duane Bollenbacher. Duane accumlated 8 points this week.

4 points - Jerry Cupples and Nancy Armour.
3 points - Adelyn Althuas and Mark Sommers.

Polls open until 7:30 p.m.

Bluffton's polls are open now until 7:30 p.m. tonight. As of 10 a.m. this morning 330 persons voted.
