From: Gardener's of the Bluffton Pandora Area
Quick Quiz: What's bright orange, full of vitamin C and anti-oxidants, grows in Ohio and can be stored without refrigeration or canning?
Hint: How about if I told you it can be substituted in recipes calling for pumpkin, and comes in a large variety of color and shapes, and has funny names like: Red Eye, Hubbard, Buttercup, Butternut, Jarradale, Long Island Cheese, Sweet Dumpling, and Acorn?
