Bluffton's unfinshed mural gets some artistic touches this week. The mural is on the former Groves' Bear building at the corner of Main and Elm. When finished, the mural will show a visual timeline of the community - from right to left. Sarah Hartzler, Bath High School art teacher, oversees the project.
