Nonprofits awarded funds from American Legion charitable golf outing
On August 29 the Bluffton American Legion Post 382 awarded funds to nine different non-profit organizations in Allen County, Bluffton and Findlay. The funds were raised at a June golf outing when over 26 teams played in support of local nonprofits.
In the eleven years the legion has hosted the golf outing, it has raised $69K.
Chairman Kurt Emans thanked sponsors and golfers who participated in the Fred Arnold Memorial Charitable Golf Outing on June 11. "Without these folks we would not be able to support these organizations."
