First Tuesday in the Library presentation

MEDIA RELEASE__Micah Dodson ‘27, a social work major at Bluffton University, will present “Unlocking the Truth in Appalachia” during First Tuesday in the Library at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3. 

Through personal experiences and difficult stories, Dodson will explore the realities of life in Appalachia, focusing on systems of exploitation and the challenges faced by individuals and communities in the region. 

First Tuesday in the Library presentations highlight student scholarship and provide opportunities for learning and discussion outside the traditional classroom. 

The event is free and open to the public.
