Marylin J. Basinger, 75, of Bluffton died Oct. 1, 2017, at the Bluffton Hospital Emergency Room.  Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.

Roland E. “Gene” Snare, 92 of Bluffton died Sept. 29, 2017, at Bluffton Hospital.  Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.

Joyce Elaine Cupples, 74, died on Sept. 27, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Monticello, Wisc., after a two-year battle with metastatic ovarian cancer.

Joyce was born on Feb. 12, 1943, in Bluffton to the late Grant Wayne and Pauline Mae (Badertscher) Zimmerman.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Fox, of Ada, and was married to Robert Cupples on Aug. 7, 2010.

Joyce was employed as an administrative assistant at Ohio Northern University and at the Ada First United Methodist Church. After retirement, Joyce volunteered at Lima Memorial Hospital.

Wesley Thomas Runk formerly of Lima, died on Sept. 23, 2017. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio, on July 26, 1934, to Wesley J. Runk and Mary Lane (Benson) Runk. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Carol, and his sister-in-law Bonnie.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Beth, and his brother, David. He is also survived by his son, David (Beth) Runk, his daughter Ellen, (Jeff) Shockey, and his son Tim (Megan) Runk, six grandsons, two granddaughters, three granddaughters-in-law and five great-grandsons.

Kevin “Keebler" Wayne Neff, 58, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. Kevin was born May 22, 1959, in Bluffton, Ohio, to Richard and Beulah (Burkholder) Neff who preceded him in death.

 Kevin owned Keebler’s Towing & Auto Repair for 20 years.

Ricky L. Weyer, 63, died on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at Bluffton Hospital.

Ricky was born June 10, 1954, in Bluffton to Robert and Katherine (Bowsher) Weyer.

Survivors include: his mother, Katherine Weyer of Bluffton; three sons, Garrett (Tamara) Weyer of Beaverdam, Jeremiah (Megan) Weyer of Rockport, Nathaniel Weyer of Bluffton; four siblings, Kevin (Cathy) Weyer of Beaverdam, Bobby Weyer of Ada, Deb (Craig) Main of Bluffton, Cathy Derringer and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Weyer.
