Dari Freeze hosts blood drive this Friday

Donate and receive free sundae

The Dari Freeze, 595 S. Main,  is hosting a blood drive Friday, July 19, from 1 to 7 p.m., with the American Red Cross. 

Donate blood and you'll receive a free Reverse Buckeye Sundae.

Spectrum Salon's 5th anniversary celebration Friday

Open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Spectrum Salon, 422 N. Main St., celebrates its 5th annniversary with an open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, July 19, according to Mandy Kinn, owner.

“Everyone is welcome to stop in to take a tour of the salon and see what has all changed from our opening date in 2014,”  said Kinn. “We will have an ice cream bar, door prizes, giveaways and more.”

5th annual Bluffton Ride to Remember brings cyclists to town

Online registration is open through Friday for Bluffton’s Fifth Annual Ride to Remember. 

On-site registration will be available the morning of the event, Saturday, July 20, at Bluffton Family Recreation (BFR).  Individual adult registration is $30 and includes a swag bag with items from local merchants, an $8 lunch coupon and free swimming at BFR.  Visit ridetoremember.net to register.
