The Icon seeks some help from viewers to fill in the blanks of this First Mennonite Church junior choir photo. Our best guess for the year is 1961-62, figuring that the most of the members in the back row were in the sixth grade - making them high school seniors in 1967-68.
Wanda Pannabecker is the director standing in front of the choir.

Bluffton police report that during the month of July the amount of money in the village lost by theft totaled $6,633.
That figure is part of the July police report provided to Bluffton council. Additional information from the July report show that the police had 326 calls for service, 43 traffic stops and 6 citations handed out.
There were 30 complaints reported during July. Of those 10 included theft.

A public involvement meeting that focuses on the State Route 103 corridor study project takes place from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, in the town hall.
According to Jamie Mehaffie, village administrator, the meeting is for the purpose of getting feedback and to gather information from residents and businesses along the corridor study area.
Choice One, the engineer firm on the project, has invited residents and businesses along the corridor to the meeting, according to Mehaffie.
NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. - A pair of Grant Stutzman (Sugarcreek/Hiland) goals during a five-minute span early in the second period propelled the Bluffton University men's soccer team to its second win in as many days on a beautiful Sunday, Sept. 4. The victory moved Bluffton to 2-1 on the season for the first time since the start of the 2010 campaign.
BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University football team kicked off its 2016 season against Wilmington College, looking to avenge last year’s 14-10 loss. The Beavers did that and then some as they defeated the Quakers, 49-20, notching their first win of the season (1-0). It also marked the first win by Bluffton in a season opener since a 20-0 shutout of Kenyon College in 2012.
