Beavers drop twin-bill to John Carroll

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - The Bluffton baseball team struggled on day two in Florida as they were swept by John Carroll on Monday, Mar. 2. The Beavers lost game one, 11-9, in a seven-inning contest before dropping the nine-inning game, 7-3. Bluffton slipped to 1-2 on the young season while the Blue Streaks improved to 2-2.

Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary men's choir to perform at Trinity Lutheran

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera, will host the 40-voice men’s choir of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary on Sunday, March 8.  The choir will present both the 8 and 10:30 a.m. services.

This free program includes traditional and contemporary rel­igious music. Chorus members accompany the choir on organ, piano, violin, saxophone, guitars, brass, and drums.

Bluffton moves to 4-0 as Knippen finished day 5-of-6

FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Bluffton University softball team made it interesting but the Beavers still came away with their third straight win of the season in walkoff fashion against the Ladies of Kenyon College. The victory helped Bluffton stay perfect at 3-0 to start the season while Kenyon (0-1) dropped its season opener.
