MEDIA RELEASE__Women in Business will meet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 15 on the third floor of Town Hall for an Intro to Jazzercise class, led by Chase Eikenbary.
Attendees will walk to the Jazzercise studio for an intro class with Chase Eikenbary, owner of Jazzercise Bluffton, co-owner of Eikenbary Landscaping and Vice President of Project Management at Regional Growth Partnership.
This class is free. Chase promises both cardio and stretching, flexible to all ages and abilities.
MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs (BCE) are pleased to announce two key staff appointments that will support and strengthen services to the Bluffton-area business community.
Rene Gabriel, former Assistant Director, has been named the new Executive Director for both the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs. Gabriel, who resides in Bluffton, will oversee strategic planning, program development and day-to-day operations for both organizations, with a focus on supporting local businesses, growing membership, and expanding entrepreneurial resources.
MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly breakfast meeting on Friday, January 8, 2026. The meeting will be held on the third floor of the Town Hall. LuvU A Latte will be providing the 7:00 a.m. breakfast.

Kurt Emans of Bluffton's America250 Committee will provide the program. The committee has been busy planning events to celebrate the nation's 250th anniversary. Emans will be sharing what's on the calendar for the year, as well as opportunities to get involved.
FROM BSC NEWSLETTER__The current Tai Chi class at the Senior Center will end January 8. The next Tai Chi class will start February 10 and run for six months. Sign up for that class will be January 14 for members and January 28 for non-members.
MEDIA RELEASE__Bluffton High School is proud to recognize senior Aubrey Burkholder as the December 2025 Student of the Month. Aubrey is the daughter of Chad and Anna Burkholder of Bluffton.
Aubrey has excelled academically in her time at Bluffton, earning a 3.970 GPA. She is a member of the National Honor Society and has been a standout athlete throughout her high school career.

Organizers have decided to try and have class every week instead of twice a month. Come and enjoy this fun, energetic, make all the mistakes you want, we don’t care activity with us. Classes are on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. It is $2 for members and $3 for non-members.

MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton Lions Club is pleased to learn that the winner of the local 2025 Peace Poster Contest has been selected as the winner of the Lions district-level contest for northwestern Ohio.
The winner, Lydia Gratz, is a 7th-grade art student in Bluffton Middle School. She is the daughter of Dan and Joanna Gratz. She had previously been awarded as the local winner in the November 18 Lions Club meeting.
