The Findlay Courier has reported that Gabriel Gratz of Ada was killed in a two-vehicle crash at 7:55 a.m. on Thursday, January 22.
Gratz was driving north on State Route 235 near Township Rd. 27 when he entered the southbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by Nicole Neely of Waterville.
Gratz was pronounced dead at the scene and Neely was transported to St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
Details were provided by the Hancock County Sheriff's Office.
BLUFFTON__The Bluffton High School girls basketball team rode a huge third period to a 45-35 victory over visiting Lincolnview in a Northwest Conference contest on Thursday, January 22.
The game was tied 7-7 after the first quarter, and Bluffton inched ahead 14-13 at halftime.
The Pirates then authored a 19-5 third stanza to build a 33-18 margin heading to the fourth quarter. Eight different Bluffton players sank a field goal in the decisive quarter, while holding the Lancers to just two baskets.
