FROM FACEBOOK_Bluffton Community Pool, 201 Snider Rd., will offer sign-ups for this year's swim lessons.
Those wanting to participate may sign up either in person at the pool office, over the phone, or via Facebook Messenger. Swimmers will first sign up with their names and contact information, and then will be sent an online form to complete the application process.
Participants will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, which will be based on when the online forms are received. If you do not fill this out in time, you may lose your spot.
FROM FACEBOOK_The Bluffton Garden Club is hosting a class on lightning bugs and fireflies at the Bluffton Public Library on Thursday, May 21 at 6:00 p.m.
Participants will learn about the flashing signals and life cycles of fireflies and lightning bugs with Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District naturalist, Lindsey Gallaugher. The meetings are free and open to the public.

Just in time for summer cruising, 15 Ada Elementary third- and fourth-graders received brand-new bicycles, thanks to a collaborative after-school STEM program sponsored by Ohio Northern University.
In addition to new wheels, helmets, and accessories, the students also gained a foundational understanding of engineering principles, bike maintenance, and biking safety.
