Robin S. Sargent, 71, of Columbus Grove, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. She was born on March 8, 1955, in Bluffton, Ohio, to the late Robert and Margaret (Martin) Hursey. She is survived by her husband, Roy Sargent.

MEDIA RELEASE_Bluffton University has announced its Dean’s List for the Spring 2026 semester.

All undergraduate degree-seeking students with at least a half-time load of graded courses whose GPA for the period is no lower than 3.6 are named to the Dean’s List. Students on the Dean’s List whose cumulative GPA, as based on 20 semester hours, is no lower than 3.75 will be indicated as receiving distinction for continued high achievement.

By joining in on the summer fun, you’ll earn tickets for prize drawings and have opportunities to connect with others in the community. Reading logs will be available for children and teens when they register, and adults can enter to win prizes with every three books read.
