The Ada Icon found Holly Metzger, Bluffton University enrollment counselor, looking for 2019 ONU grads who may be interested in pursuing an MBA or Master of Arts in Organizational Management degree.

The ONU Sports Center was filled with personnel from human resource departments from more than 200 companies, grad school, and government agencies on Thursday during the ONU career fair.  Click here for the story on Ada Icon.

“Road cuts on State Route 103 between Interstate 75 and County Line Road illustrate the unsafe and unplanned accumulation of haphazard entrances on a busy highway.”

How many road cuts  – exit and entrances to businesses – on State Route 103 are too many?

Bluffton council’s street and alleys committee grapples with that question this fall. Committee members brought up the subject in the first council meeting in September.

They told the village needs an ordinance to govern access management in certain parts of Bluffton.

Award from Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition

Shelly Miller of Bluffton was presented the Bike – Public Safety Award by the Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition-FAPA-FOP. She was nominated for the award by Chief Joe Kitchen from Bath Township Fire/EMS.

The presentation was made during a Sept. 20 award luncheon at the Fraternal Order of Police Lima Lodge 21.
