Group offers free flights to Washington, D.C., for war veterans
Night Jazz and AMVETS #21 will present a benefit dance for Honor Flight of Northwest Ohio on Saturday, Aug. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Findlay Senior Center, 339 E Melrose Ave.

Admission to the event is free, though a free will offering will be accepted. Proceeds from the event benefit Honor Flight of Northwest Ohio. The band will perform hits from many musical eras, focusing on swing music of the 1930s and '40s.
Bluffton's Relay For Life wrap-up meeting Thursday, Aug. 2, at 6 p.m. on the third floor of Bluffton's town hall building, according to Adam Blevins of the American Cancert Society.
