Self-administered, At-Home Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 tests are now available for pickup at Bluffton Public Library.  If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please call to schedule curbside pickup.

The kits have been provided by the Ohio Department of Health and are free to the public.

The Bluffton University volleyball team found its mojo on Friday, Sept. 17, at the Ginny Hunt Kilt Classic. The Beavers routed Roanoke (VA) in three sets before taking down Washington & Jefferson in four. Bluffton improved to 5-7 on the season following these victories.

Bluffton racked up 471 yards rushing to roll past traditional rival Ada 34-14 in a Northwest Conference bout on a warm Friday night, September 17, at War Memorial Stadium.

The Pirates tallied touchdowns on two 64-yard runs and a 39-yarder, and added a 74-yard rush that set up another score as well.

Bluffton improved to 4-1 and 1-1 in league play with the win.

The Bulldogs fell to 1-4 and 0-2 in the NWC with the defeat.

The following health advisory has been issued for all of Allen County Ohio:

Allen County Public Health is issuing a Mask Advisory for Allen County, effective September 17, 2021. Everyone over the age of 2 years old is advised to wear a face mask, regardless of  vaccination status when: 

∙ In indoor public places 

∙ Outdoors in crowded settings
