The saga of the loose chicken continues.
He now has a name: Richard the Rooster.
He can be found in the 500 block of South Johnson Street, Ada.
About 10 days ago, the rooster was first spotted on East Lehr Avenue. People took pictures of him, watched his antics, even called the police to try to catch the stray.
But check out the two photos below and see the point of this photo exercise.
It's a before and after or, better still a during and after of East College Avenue. The before/during photo was taken Monday. The after was taken Wednesday.
On Tuesday Ada Rotary members heard an update on the Bluffton Icon's sister publication, Ada Icon, from Fred Steiner, owner, and Monty Siekerman, editor.
The Ada Icon, now in its fifth year, is a household name in Ada. Since Jan. 1 of this year the Ada Icon has had 74,958 views from 33,481 individual viewers.
There are two Icons: Ada and Bluffton. Each cover the school districts in their viewship.
