Trinity Lutheran School’s graduation will be held on Sunday, June 1, during the 10:30 a.m. service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera.
Abby Heldman is the class speaker. The class members are: Sarah Elizabeth Curth, Abigail Elizabeth Heldman, Drew Michael Insley and Alissa Joy Rutherford.
An Ascension Day service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 N. Main St., Jenera, on Thursday, May 29 at 7 p.m.. Pastor Al Schmitzer will speak on Jesus, our ascended Savior’s continuing rule as Prophet, Priest and King. Everyone is welcome and the church is handicapped accessible. The Pandora United Methodist Church will be hosting a free community meal on Wednesday, May 28 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 108 E. Washington Street, Pandora
The meal this month is provided by the missions committee. The menu will be sub sandwiches, chips, potato salad, dessert and beverage.
Bluffton Presbyterian Church will host a chicken barbecue provided by Ted's Market, Pandora, starting at 5 p.m., Friday, June 13, during Bluffton's Festival of Wheels. Hot dogs, desserts and drinks will also be available.
County Line Church of the Brethren is holding its 9th annual Chicken Barbeque dinner from 4-6 p.m. on June 12, 2014.
The meal will be provided by Harlan's catering of Pandora. Tickets are $8.00 each and includes: 1/2 barbeque chicken, green beans, au gratin potatoes, dinner roll, and homemade pie. You may dine in or carry out. County Line Church of the Brethren is located at 4227 N. Hardin Road, Harrod, Ohio.
Rockport United Methodist Church will hold their annual Memorial Day service on Monday, May 26, 2014.
The service will start at 11 a.m. in the cemetery and will progress to the church. The guest speaker will be Greg Coleman, Pastor of Cairo and Rockport United Methodist Churches.
The church is located at 5505 Rockport Road, Columbus Grove. Everyone is welcome to attend.
