"The Tree of Life" is the theme of Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Trinity Lutheran School, 105 Allen Street, Jenera. 

Vacation Bible School will be held from Sunday, July 17-Thursday, July 21, from 6:00-8:00 PM. 

Each day of VBS will explore Bible accounts that guide us through the epic story of salvation with five interactive Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, and snacks.  

Registration is open for children ages 3-11 years old. The program is free but please register online at www.tlcjenera.org.

Registration is open for Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Mount Cory and Pleasant View United Methodist Churches at 300 North Main Street, Mt. Cory.

VBS is open for children age 4 through going into the 6th grade.

The Pandora United Methodist Church will be hosting a free Community Meal from 5:00-6:30 p.m. on June 29 at 108 E. Washington St, Pandora.

The menu is tacos, refried beans, rice, applesauce and muffins. The meal is dine in or take out.

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera, is adding a Tuesday evening service for the month of June. 

The service begins at 7:00 p.m. and will be an abbreviated version of the previous Sunday service. 

Regular Sunday services continue at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.

The 8:00 a.m. Sunday service is livestreamed and archived on the church website www.tlcjenera.org

Trinity Lutheran School’s graduation will be held on Sunday, May 29 in the 10:30 a.m. service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 N. Main Street, Jenera.

Trenton Siefker will be the class speaker. The class members are: Izzabella Elizabeth Kretz, Abigail Kathryn Miles and Trenton Alexander Siefker. Class colors are orange and yellow and the class flower is the tulip.

The class motto is John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

Five youth will be confirmed in the Christian faith on Sunday, May 1, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera.
