Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 1, at Mustard Sheed Chop, 562 N. Main St., which has recently reopened, according to Paula Scott of the chamber.
Located in the former Akron, Canton and Youngstown Railroad depot, the Mustard Seed Café opened five years ago as a breakfast and lunch establishment.
Purchased in 2015 by Moor, executive chef, the café launched dinner and brunch menus. Recently, it closed for renovations and creation of a new concept and menu.
